We’re looking for an Ops Automation Analyst to join our Marketplace team. The role provides an opportunity to learn and understand a worldwide gig economy business process, enhance analytical and coding skills, and contribute to making a significant business impact.

What You’ll Do

As an analyst, you will be learning how to remote work in a result-focused environment where hands-on is highly encouraged. You will have the opportunity to engage with high-level professionals from different countries such as the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and others.

You will be responsible for supporting the marketplace team in finding opportunities to automatize our current operations processes, analyzing our database to help develop the best strategies to grow sustainably, launching new countries, improving manual tasks, and being the best place for drivers.

This is a unique opportunity to fully immerse in multiple markets, work with people from different countries, and learn a lot.

Basic Qualifications

• Written and spoken proficiency in English

• Communication and influencing skills

• Python skills - Intermediate/Advanced level

• SQL skills - Basic/Intermediate level

• Project Management oriented

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.

• Knowledge of Office Package (pivot tables, vlook up, charts) - not mandatory

• Other personal qualities sought are analytical, hands-on, and well-organized

• Willing to learn and act based on the feedback

• You must be adaptable, we are a startup and change very often your routine

Bonus Points If

• Had some experience with Typebot and/or Automation tools

• Have some proficiency in Spanish

• Knowledge about Jira boards
