Utilizing AI-powered route optimization and chaining, which can be executed by a marketplace of over 20,000 vetted drivers covered by an owned Captive Insurance unit, Draiver provides scalable solutions, ensuring faster deliveries and cost savings for auto/truck dealers, service centers, fleet companies, rental agencies, and OEMs.
Position Overview: We are seeking an early career professional to support our CRO and Revenue Team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of activities including creating sales proposal decks, preparing business reviews, managing communication campaigns, conducting market analysis, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposal decks to showcase products or services to potential clients.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for business reviews.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of communication campaigns.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer and the revenue team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, in the SaaS or technology industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
