Position Overview: We are seeking an early career professional to support our CRO and Revenue Team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of activities including creating sales proposal decks, preparing business reviews, managing communication campaigns, conducting market analysis, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposal decks to showcase products or services to potential clients.
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for business reviews.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of communication campaigns.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer and the revenue team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
