Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and selling our cutting-edge automotive logistics and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads within the automotive sector, including OEMs, dealerships, rental companies, and fleet management businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Draiver’s services and solutions, showcasing the value they bring to clients in the automotive industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling, pipeline management, and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., hubspot).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or automotive software solutions.
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, dealership operations, or fleet management is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot or similar) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
